I have been seeing a lot of new seminars that promise to change people and all of their outcomes. Some of these seminars have cute acronyms, that seem to encapsulate the concept that they are teaching.
I have a huge problem with all of these ‘new’ programs.
All they teach is ‘activity based’. Meaning, they do not account for outcomes, they concentrate on the activities that a person takes. In short, it creates a new class of people who are over-organized yet still under-performing.
One can not justify activities as success. Only outcomes will measure success! We need to get away from ‘just doing something’. We need to focus on ‘doing the right thing’.
